TIIS — Guest Release & Consent (v1 draft)
Plain English on purpose. This is a draft prepared by the show's operations team, not legal advice; have your counsel look if you'd like.
Thanks for coming on. The show is free, live, and built around a real problem you bring. Here's what you're agreeing to, in plain terms.
Recording
You agree we may record the session — audio and video, including the live stream itself.
Publishing
You agree we may publish that recording, in full or as excerpts and clips, on the show's website, podcast feeds, YouTube, and our social channels. We may edit for length and clarity. We don't sell the recording or license it to anyone else as stock footage.
Your name and likeness
You agree we may use your name, likeness, title, company name, and the bio you give us on the episode page and in promotion of the episode.
The approval carve-out
There's a line we don't cross without you. The episode is one thing; a story about your results is another. Any "success story" or "solution story" post — anything that frames your specific business outcome as a result you got — publishes only after you give us a written OK. That's separate from this release, and it stays separate. Silence isn't a yes.
Redactions
If you name a confidential business specific on air and want it out, tell us within 7 days of the session and we'll honor any reasonable request. Honest limit: the live moment already happened and can't be unspoken. What we can do is cut it from the published recording, the clips, and the transcript going forward.
No money, either way
You're not paying us and we're not paying you. Your appearance is voluntary. Either of us can cancel before air, for any reason, no hard feelings — just tell the other side.
Being here
You confirm you're free to appear and to discuss what you plan to discuss, and that you'll use your own judgment about what's confidential to your company or your clients. We'll follow your lead on what stays off the record.
Questions before you sign? Ask us. We'd rather answer now than fix later.
How you sign
We send you a signing link before your session, so the release goes to you by name rather than to whoever happens to open this page. Nothing to download, print or send back.
